Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, professional background, and payment information when you apply for a certification program. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your application, deliver our certification programs, communicate with you about your enrollment, issue your credential, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers in Canada and the United States, protected by TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Access to student records is restricted to PAII staff who need it to do their job — such as reviewing an application or issuing a certificate — through role-based permissions, not open to the whole organization. Documents you upload (such as identification for exam proctoring) are kept in access-controlled cloud storage, separate from the rest of our systems. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and never touches or is stored on our own servers. We follow industry-standard security practices and review our access controls on an ongoing basis as the platform grows.

Your Rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@paii.ca.
